Bibles are expensive to purchase up to $18.99 for some and the app is slow and glitchy compared to most bible apps

This crapy Bible app only has one version on it which is kjv and to select a different version you pay $6.99! Horrible

Biggest problem - crashes consistently when highlighting or underlining passages and then loses settings for the books Im reading (switches from NRSV to KJV when restarting). Should at least keep the translations im working on. Do like being able to highlight specific verses in text and commentary (when it works) so I can refer back. Considering have to pay for translations, could do a better job with stability. (Using it on an iPad 4th Gen.)

I cant install my already purchased book niv and it keeps saying this exactly. Book downloaded but got not be installed. Please check your available space (100MB is sufficient) and try again. I paid for it and it wont install

Numerous crashes. Hopefully they will fix the bug soon.

I like this app overall, but it crashes immediately when I search the Masoretic text for a Hebrew word (e.g. דבר). Also, it will let me resize the text with "pinch to zoom" with two fingers, which is nice. But when I lift my fingers off the screen, it wont let me resize after that one time. So, if the size was not just right the first time, I cant fix it. I have to quit the app and resize it again that way. Also crashes when I try to highlight a section of text to copy it. Good app, but needs bug-fixes.

This app could be great, but the interface is very clunky, as if it was developed 10 years ago or more. I love the fact that it includes the Greek Septuagint (with accents!), but alas, the deuterocanonical (apocryphal) books are not properly synced with the English versions. So if you load up the Douay-Rheims or NKJ Apocrypha on one side and want to read, say the book of Sirach or Tobit, you wont be able to sync the English version with the Greek LXX on the parallel pane. This is very amateurish! Also, the app often flickers and sometimes freezes. Its interface doesnt inspire much confidence. Too bad because it could be great with all the resources it offers.

Offers the best in offline Bible reading and studying. I also love that I can copy and paste the verses and the Greek/Hebrew definitions and send them to friends or to myself. Since i can download them straight to my device I dont have to worry if I have signal to read. The Bibles are great and much cheaper than if I go to a real store to by them.

this app has a nice user interface, but it crashes ALOT. I would really like to use it more, but it doesnt work at all since the update...PLEASE Fix!

I gave 3 stars because it crashes almost every time I try to highlight and copy. When it crashes it always go back to Genesis 1:1 KJV no matter what version and book you were working with. Would love for it to return to where I was when it crashed and when you close the app.

Love this app. Can get pretty much any bible plus extras at your fingertips to compare when verses get confusing. And has the apocrypha.

This is the best Holy Bible app out there. Many features and options. Ive used this on the past 3 of my phones. Love the search function. Keep up the good work my brothers! The race is almost finished. :)

I love this app! It is quick and easy to select, tag, copy to clipboard all my multiple bible verses. The tagging and categorizations are fun and easy to use and I will use it for sermon note taking. I just wish I could see the whole verses I had tagged to review, edit and then email them all. Once tagged I have to go into each verse one by one again. Other than that, I would recommend this app!

App has bugs. It locked up twice. It could be an awesome app if it worked. Ok so I downloaded this bible again. The bible itself could be great. But it is very hard to get used to and to get around in. Please make it not so hard to get around in. I may try latter if I see improvements.

I dont know what happened to this app. I used to use it extensively. I cant figure out if its Apple or the app in general, but it is really really slow. I have plenty of space but I type in notes and wait about 30 seconds for my words to appear on the screen. My study takes forever waiting for the app. This has gone on since the last update... Man, i hope this gets fixed sometime soon.

I used to love this Bible app. Its now so slow and seems to load forever. I just purchased a book thru the Apple Store and I can not for the life of me figure out how to get it to download. In the past I had no problems but this time it just shows up as if I need to repurchase it, of which I wont. Please help!
